Glove Box 5m3/h Filter Housing
This type of housing can be mounted in a vacuum line, either at the suction of a vacuum pump or at the inlet or outlet of a vacuum airlock, and in any transfer system (airlock, round bag) which operates by purging or vacuum packing.

New model, entirely made of AISI 304L stainless steel. Removable housing and the 5m3/h HEPA filter can be replaced by unscrewing the upper part.

Sealing tested with a helium mass spectrometer and oxyleak class 1 ISO 10648-2.

ISO KF DN25 inlet/outlet connections (DN16 on request).

For very toxic applications, it is possible to replace the internal filter with a heat-sealable bag.

The housing contains a HEPA filter and provides enhanced protection for pressure indicator gauges in glove boxes and transfer airlocks as well as any pressure measurement or analysis sensor. These units are also used for the single or double filtration of fluid circuits (vacuum or gas) for those processes carried out in a hazardous atmosphere. They are therefore perfectly suited to the nuclear and pharmaceutical sectors and for atmospheres loaded with fine powders (additive manufacturing or materials science, for example).
